Join Nat for a calming and creative introduction to the healing properties of medicinal plants, with a special focus on florals.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about a range of herbs and flowers, exploring their health benefits and how they can be combined to create balanced blends. You’ll be guided through the art of tea blending, discovering how to mix ingredients to suit your taste and wellbeing.

As part of the workshop you’ll create your own set of personalised herbal tea bags to take home.
