CANCELATION POLICY

I can no longer make it to a workshop or walk I booked. Can I get a refund or reschedule?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or date changes on purchased tickets unless these are made within 24 hours of you making a purchase. When you are booking your ticket, please make sure you can attend on the date selected. Occasionally we are able to swap your ticket to a later date but this is only if we are able to re-sell your ticket to someone on a waiting list.

If you can no longer attend an event, you are always welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend. Just email us their name so we know to expect them instead on the day.

Why not?
We are a very small organisation. Our ticketed events are how we generate funds to cover our costs and to enable the community-based work that is at the core of what we do. We price workshops based on what we need to cover costs assuming they will be fully booked. If we have to refund or reschedule a ticket (which results in one less ticket sold for the new date), it means we can longer cover costs for our work that month. We would love to be able to accommodate everyone's requests all the time, but it simply wouldn't be possible to carry on operating if we did. So, as mentioned above, refunds and date changes are only possible if we are able to resell the original ticket.

Where is the workshop taking place?
We run our in-person workshops in different places so please check the location/ address on the booking page. For workshops taking place at our sites (Celia Fiennes House and Trowbridge Gardens) you can find details here

Is there parking available?
We do not have any parking at our studio or garden. You can find parking info on the Hackney website.


ONLINE WORKSHOPS

Is the session going to be recorded?
No, none of our online workshops are recorded. 

Where can I find the details to join the session?
You will be emailed a zoom link the day before the workshop. It might go into your spam box (especially if you use hotmail). If for any reason you haven’t received it please email us (ideally well before the start time of the workshop). Please check your booking confirmation email to find the correct team member to email if you are having problems.
