Join us for a herb walk where we will be exploring the edible and medicinal plants that are around this time of the year. We will meet by the cafe at Springfield Park and head towards the canal to explore the marshes and the Lea Valley Park.

It's an opportunity to discover and connect to the plants growing around us, learn how to identify them and find out more about their uses and history.

The walk will last around 2 hours, and then we will gather somewhere quiet and have another look at the plants we found during the walk.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, i.e: sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen if it's sunny or umbrella or raincoat if it's raining.
