Hackney Herbal Photo Consent Form - Nature Club Exhibition running from 22nd August to 22nd September at Trowbridge Gardens, Hackney Wick, E9 5LD.
As part of the Nature Club Exhibition we will be displaying a selection of photos from the sessions. We need to check that people are happy for themselves to be visible in these photos so are asking for your consent. Please read the following statement and if you are happy please sign your name and press submit.
By giving my consent:
I understand that Hackney Herbal will use this photo and my images to promote and celebrate the work of Nature Club through the exhibition.
I understand that these photos will also be used in documenting the exhibition through other Hackney Herbal communications and digital channels. This may include (but is not limited to) social media channels, Hackney Herbal’s website and marketing materials.
I understand the purpose of the exhibition and how the photos will be displayed
I understand that I am free to contact any of the people involved in the project to seek further clarification and information about the project at any time.
