This season we are looking to create a small ‘gardening team’ of regular volunteers who would like to experience a full growing season in the herb garden, and really get to know the garden and the practices we employ to tend to it, by attending our weekly gardening sessions on Saturday mornings.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn about and gain experience in organic gardening, herbs and herb cultivation; and/or gain experience of working in the community gardening / social enterprise / herbal sector.

The garden placement will run from May to September 2023
Gardening sessions take place weekly on Saturdays, from 10am to 1pm at our garden in Hackney Wick - 1 Trowbridge Gardens, 1 Trowbridge Road, E9 5LD.
A commitment of attending at least 2 - 3 sessions a month is expected.
This is an unpaid volunteer role, but we are able to cover travel expenses if needed.
This placement is open to adults aged 18 and above
