Herbal Remedies: Blend Your Own Herbal Tea Workshop

Join us for an evening workshop guiding you through the healing properties of herbs. The workshop will explore a number of culinary, medicinal and wild herbs and how to combine them into herbal tea blends. As part of the session you will make a set of herbal tea bags to take home. There will be a focus on seasonal herbs to support immunity and general wellbeing.

The session covers:

  • The health benefits, properties and histories of a mix of common and lesser known herbs

  • Creating remedies suited to the seasons 

  • How to mix different dried herbs together to create herbal tea blends

  • Themes include digestion, immune health, stress, relaxation and sleep

Tickets £35 (£30 early bird)

Ticket price includes all materials, informative handouts and light refreshments.

This workshop takes places indoors at our studio on Well Street. We are on the second floor and there is a lift. Group size - 10 people. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or date changes on purchased tickets unless these are made within 24 hours of you making a purchase. When you are booking your ticket, please make sure you can attend on the date selected. Occasionally we are able to swap your ticket to a later date but this is only if we are able to re-sell your ticket to someone on a waiting list.
